Phases is a visual representation of realities that are out of phase. Interference patterns, colorful echoes, and emerging secrets are explored. Mathematical functions produce constant motion, but rarely, a peaceful scene resolves within the chaos.
Phase Collection Overview
The Phase collection literally glows color as patterns dance like a square framed grid of LED lights might at a light show. There is something to the tightly spaces lines and waves of shifting patterns that affects the viewer. The distortion amongst the ordered square is palpable.
Phase Traits
Resolution Trait
The collection revels in low resolution pixels with ‘Resolution’ trait giving you seven variants to choose from. 1024 x 1024 (160 artworks) is the highest resolution with 16 x 16 (150 artworks) the lowest resolution.
Scanlines
‘Checkered’, ‘Horizontal’ and ‘Vertical’ are the three ‘Scanlines’ variants with the latter two being the rarest variant.
‘Checkered’ does what you’d expect and adds a grid texture across the artwork.
Palette
There are a wide variety of palette options (34) in the collection. I tend to like the ones with teal / purple / pink evolutions like ‘Interfere’, ‘Luminous’, ‘Enhance’ and ‘Delve.’ They all feel like they’re part of the same family.

Displaying Phases
Go big is the recommendation from Loren Bednar. The Phase collection is meant to be exhibited super sized so the low resolution on-chain pixels can bathe the viewer in light.
