Line Support
The Line relies on the OnCyber Metaverse platform to deliver its 3D environment. As part of the partnership, The Line raises errors or bugs discovered by artists on The Line. These are then fed into their support and development queues. Current known bugs include:
- Animated GIFs not animating in some Lines
- Ability to place any NFT not just owned NFT not working on some Lines
- Art placed by artists removed from The Line. Affected Line numbers include:
